We bought and assault bike / air bike from ADVG. Unfortunately it had a small issue with it, (no fault of the company, just a random manufacturing fault) and they really took care of us! They sent us the necessary parts to try to resolve the issue, and failing that they replaced the equipment for us! Really impressed with ADVG customer service and the whole experience. I run a small gym in York, and companies like this with caring customer support are so refreshing when trying hard to run my business.

Could you please get in touch so we can rectify this?- Apologies for the scratches, we use the pallet network as it is a large item, which means we have to use individual/ local delivery companies when it gets to your side. Sometimes they mess up but most of the time (99%) they are ace!- Every 1/200 monitors has an issue, we can easily send you out another!- Sorry about the pin 📌 in the frame-again, every 1/500 has an issue, we’ve since updated the models to not need a pin! - Sorry about the seat! We can easily send a new one too.The pin, the seat welding and the monitor are all easily replaceable, it’s tricky to get above a 200 percent on these as they come from pin factories and seat post factories, but we will ALWAYS send out replacements!Please get in touch with us, we’re desperate to rectify this untilYou are happy!Kind Regards JonathanADVG

I purchased ski, assault bike & rower. Took a while for delivery as it was a back order but that wasn't a major issue to me.Kit was straightforward to put together.Performs really well. If you're looking for a concept 2 alternative I'd recommend them.I was a bit sceptical at first but the reviews and speaking to Jonathan put my mind at ease.The only constructive criticism I can offer is the bike is not adjustable and as standard mine has very little resistance compared to other assault bikes I've used. However if you increase your output, you get very effective workout using it so its not a major issue at all.

Excellent service. From ordering on a Sunday to it been delivered Wednesday morning.Well packed and wrapped to protect. Built in about 20minutes and worked perfect.I use the concept 2 at the gym and the only difference is the screen display but gives you all the information you need.Paid bank transfer to save a few pound and obviously slightly concerning but felt given the reviews all was an above board and proven to be so.Don’t hesitate to buy this kit from the company you won’t be disappointed with either service or quality of the equipment.

Amazed by the outcome! Having used Concept 2 kit in a number of gyms and competitions, I have been after a Skierg & Bike Erg for my own studio to facilitate my Hyrox training. I was very skeptical at the price difference and if everything was legitimate. John at ADVG provided excellent customer service, knowledge and honesty about the products.Both items have arrived on time and were easy to assemble. Had a great experience with the ADVG team!Ordered a bike erg as it was half the price of a Concept 2 and was pleasantly surprised for it to turn up and be almost identical.I am a professional boxer and use this bit of kit every other night since I got it, very sturdy bit of equipment!On delivery of the item the guys had messaged me to see if everything went smoothly and a small bit of plastic had snapped that holds the screen! The team were super helpful and had the replacement sent out next day! Really great service and experience!
