ADVG ski erg machine is absolutely amazing. The minute it arrived I set it up and only took me about 20 mins to do so without reading any instruction. I’ve tested it out and I can’t knock it, it’s perfect.As soon as I purchased it, communication was great and even the delivery driver kept me notified of the delivery.I would recommend buying this product.

Really good robust ADVG Stairmaster machine at a good price. Communications, service and delivery all good too.This stairmaster at circa 2K is nearly as good as the 'big brand' ones you'll find in the commercial gyms - just not quite as big and no where near as expensive.I am using it for a home gym and can do everything on it I do at a commercial gym, i.e. one step at a time, lunging two steps, side steps, reverse steps etc. Also the 'stop' function is very good and it stops almost immediately.It's a proper stairmaster machine so its big and comes fully assembled, other than the handrails and console. One to think about if you are maneuvering into a home gym - or like me, into a home gym at the end of a garden and up two flights of stairs - that was a work out in itself.Also you need at least 2.43m / 8 Feet ceiling height for most people to comfortably use it - more if you are taller. I am 5'11 and just about get away with 8' ceiling.An excellent addition to my home gym - thank you ADVG.

We bought and assault bike / air bike from ADVG. Unfortunately it had a small issue with it, (no fault of the company, just a random manufacturing fault) and they really took care of us! They sent us the necessary parts to try to resolve the issue, and failing that they replaced the equipment for us! Really impressed with ADVG customer service and the whole experience. I run a small gym in York, and companies like this with caring customer support are so refreshing when trying hard to run my business.

Only just received the bike and now put together. Seems to be well built. Instruction leaflet wasn’t complete so only had part instructions. Rating based on ownership after only 1-day and 1 use

Ordered a rowing erg from ADVG and had a few issues with the equipment at first. The customer service shown by Jonathan to sort my issue was first class. Really happy with the rowing machine, easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I purchased ski, assault bike & rower. Took a while for delivery as it was a back order but that wasn't a major issue to me.Kit was straightforward to put together.Performs really well. If you're looking for a concept 2 alternative I'd recommend them.I was a bit sceptical at first but the reviews and speaking to Jonathan put my mind at ease.The only constructive criticism I can offer is the bike is not adjustable and as standard mine has very little resistance compared to other assault bikes I've used. However if you increase your output, you get very effective workout using it so its not a major issue at all.

Top service from ADVG, quality machines and great comms in the process. If you don't want to spend concept prices, but want the same quality machines I highly recommend.

Excellent service. From ordering on a Sunday to it been delivered Wednesday morning.Well packed and wrapped to protect. Built in about 20minutes and worked perfect.I use the concept 2 at the gym and the only difference is the screen display but gives you all the information you need.Paid bank transfer to save a few pound and obviously slightly concerning but felt given the reviews all was an above board and proven to be so.Don’t hesitate to buy this kit from the company you won’t be disappointed with either service or quality of the equipment.

Amazed by the outcome! Having used Concept 2 kit in a number of gyms and competitions, I have been after a Skierg & Bike Erg for my own studio to facilitate my Hyrox training. I was very skeptical at the price difference and if everything was legitimate. John at ADVG provided excellent customer service, knowledge and honesty about the products.Both items have arrived on time and were easy to assemble. Any questions I had, I was able to call John and he was extremely helpful. The kit looks brilliant and so far is just like Concept 2. Has completed my studio off for me nicely and saved some money.

Had a great experience with the ADVG team!Ordered a bike erg as it was half the price of a Concept 2 and was pleasantly surprised for it to turn up and be almost identical.I am a professional boxer and use this bit of kit every other night since I got it, very sturdy bit of equipment!On delivery of the item the guys had messaged me to see if everything went smoothly and a small bit of plastic had snapped that holds the screen! The team were super helpful and had the replacement sent out next day! Really great service and experience!
