The ONYX Bumper Weight Plates are manufactured from a special grade blend of vulcanised rubber and are designed to IWF criteria (International Weightlifting Federation) on plate dimensions. The ONYX plates embody an outer diameter of 45cm and offer a ‘dead bounce’ which allows the attached barbell to be dropped from a height without damage to the collars and without the centre rings becoming loose. These ADVG Onyx Black Rubber Bumper Plates are supplied in pairs and contain Beveled edges for ease of pickup from flat surfaces.
The stainless insertion ring makes for speedy and frictionless plate swapping.
These plates are for use with Olympic standard bars at 2” inches.
The approximate thickness per plate are as follows:
5kg: 24 cm
10kg: 44 cm
15kg: 62 cm
20kg: 72 cm
25kg: 84cm
