The Ski-Erg can be used for both double pole and classic alternating arm techniques.The SkiErg uses the same flywheel resistance and electronic monitoring systems as our indoor rower, so you can rest assured that the machine is made to last. Good comms with Jonathan. Great price, very close in feel to the concept 2 version … almost half price ! You need to view the Concept2 assembly instructions to put together but it’s not rocket science.

It’s for home use not commercial gym so it’s a bargain.
Only thing is the monitor is a bit ropey.. too busy … but hey ho … it’s about the work not the numbers.
