Excellent service. From ordering on a Sunday to it been delivered Wednesday morning. Well packed and wrapped to protect. Built in about 20minutes and worked perfect. I use the concept 2 at the gym and the only difference is the screen display but gives you all the information you need. Paid bank transfer to save a few pound and obviously slightly concerning but felt given the reviews all was an above board and proven to be so. Don’t hesitate to buy this machine from the company you won’t be disappointed with either service or quality of the equipment.
