Our steel A1 Olympic Multi Hammer Grip Bar, sometimes referred to as a ‘Swiss Bar’ or ‘Football Bar’ can take up to 250kg, this makes it a clear must for serious lifters. The olympic bar takes 2inch plates and is a fantastic product for fitness enthusiasts who want to add variation to their grip – utilising the wider grip for a wider build and the inner grip to target those inner muscles. The bar is heavily knurled on all of the 6 handles, eliminating slip to allow the user to focus on loading more weight and engaging in proper form.
